Lawrence Knapp is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within renowned restaurants and catering services. Since January 2016, Lawrence has served as the Executive Chef at Hackensack Golf Club Inc. and is also the Owner of Sweetest Thing Hospitality, specializing in personal chef services, catering for home dinner parties, and cooking classes. Previous positions include Executive Chef at Fourth Wall Restaurants, The Hurricane Club Restaurant, and Quality Meats Restaurant, as well as Chef De Cuisine at Park Avenue Seasons Restaurant and Quality Meats Restaurant. Lawrence began their culinary career with roles including Sous Chef and Kitchen Tournant at various establishments. Lawrence's education includes a Master's degree in Italian Cuisine from Apicius Culinary Institute of Florence and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from La Salle University, complemented by training at The French Culinary Institute.
