William Gonzalez, LSW, DRCC, currently serves as a Licensed Social Worker in Case Management at Hackensack Meridian Health, where responsibilities include performing psychosocial assessments, creating individualized care plans, and facilitating communication among healthcare teams and families. Previously, William worked as a Licensed Master Social Worker at Holy Name Medical Center, focusing on patient assessments, addressing healthcare disparities, and managing discharge planning to optimize hospital stays. His extensive experience also includes roles at Jersey City Medical Center, where initial screenings and comprehensive psychosocial assessments were conducted. William holds a Master of Social Work from Rutgers University and a Certificate in Addiction Counselor Training from the Rutgers University Center for Alcohol Studies.
