Agustín Demarco

Agustín Demarco serves as the Head of People Function at A.P. Moller - Maersk since March 2022, focusing on organizational competencies and HR implementation strategies. Prior roles include Sr. People Partner for ARG, UY & PY, Cultural Hacking Leader at Globant, and HRBP at LATAM Airlines, where extensive experience in human resources program design and workforce planning was developed. At Hacking HR, Agustín holds a partnership position, and previous positions include assistant professor at Universidad de Buenos Aires and HR analyst at various firms.
