Rani Plotnik

Rani Plotnik has a diverse range of work experience. Currently, they serve as the Analytics Team Lead at the Hadassah Medical Center since December 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Game Economy Manager at Wildlife Studios from March 2022 to August 2023. Rani also held various positions at the Ministry of Health Israel, including Head of hospital economics and financial control, Head of hospital strategy and business development at The Govenment Hospital directorate, and Senior Economist at the Administration for strategic and economic planning from 2014 to 2022.

Rani Plotnik holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Melbourne Business School, obtained between 2013 and 2014. Prior to that, Rani completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Accounting and Economics at Tel Aviv University from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, Rani has obtained certifications in various healthcare-related courses through Coursera in 2021, including Epidemiology in Public Health Practice Specialization, Regulated Competition in Healthcare Systems: Theory & Practice, and The Business of Health Care Specialization.
