Robert E. Abernathy

Mr. Abernathy joined our Board in 2017 and is Chair of the Compensation Committee and a member of the Technology Committee. From October 2014 until his retirement in June 2017, Mr. Abernathy served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Halyard Health Inc., a medical technology company and spin-off from Kimberly-Clark (he continued as Chairman until September 2017). Previously, he held roles of increasing responsibility with Kimberly-Clark Corporation, including President of Kimberly Clark’s Global Healthcare business.
