Ximena Baños

Ximena Baños, MBA, currently serves as the Marketing Manager for Haemonetics, overseeing the Hospital Business in Latin America and Canada since May 2023. With extensive experience in healthcare marketing, Ximena has held significant roles such as Senior Marketing Manager at Cardinal Health, where a 15% sales increase was achieved, and as Marketing Manager at GE Healthcare, where sales exceeded targets by 12% and 18% in consecutive years. Additional positions include Senior Healthcare Consultant at Frost & Sullivan and Regional Marketing Manager at Vifor International. Ximena has also acted as President of the Miami Chapter for the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association and serves as an advisor to Johnson & Johnson and Syneos Health within the HBA Ambassador program. Academic credentials include a Master’s in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Master’s in Finance from Universidad del Rosario, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Universidad de La Sabana.
