Younes Issiakhem

Younes Issiakhem has an extensive and varied work experience. Younes is currently the Digital Product Dev Applications Lead at Hager Group since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Research Development Engineering at ME Group International (formerly Photo-Me Intl) from 2020 to 2022. At Schneider Electric, Younes held several significant positions, including Network Connectivity R&D Director and CTO from 2016 to 2020, Emergency lighting R&D Director from 2013 to 2016, Variable speed drive R&D department manager from 2010 to 2013, Variable Speed Drive Electromechanical R&D manager from 2007 to 2010, and Variable Speed Drive Product cost manager from 2006 to 2007. Before joining Schneider Electric, they worked as a Project technical leader and Electrical Design Engineer. Younes has also worked as an Electrical Design Engineer at CERN.

Younes Issiakhem obtained a Master's degree in engineering with a specialization in Electrical from Grenoble INP - UGA between the years 1996 and 1999. Younes also received certification in L3 Transforming Schneider Leadership from INSEAD in 2017.
