Erik Halverson

Erik Halverson has a diverse work experience in sales, consulting, and recruiting within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. Erik started their career in 1991 at Adecco Group as an Account Manager and Recruiter. Erik then worked at Staffing Consultants, Inc. as a Sales Executive and Account Manager in 1996. In 1997, they joined Consulting For Architects as a Senior Associate, where they provided professional staffing for the AEC industry and managed the Chicago-based business. In 2004, Halverson became the Strategic Solutions Manager, BIM & VDC Strategist, and Simulation Consultant at Hagerman & Company, responsible for sales, account management, and market expansion in the Greater Chicago territory and the Midwest. Alongside their work at Hagerman & Company, they also owned EHalverson Consulting from 2004 to 2014, where they specialized in strategic career and placement services for professionals in the AEC industry.

Erik Halverson completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Rockford University from 1986 to 1990.
