Kyle Montgomery

Kyle Montgomery serves as the Human Resources Director and previously held the title of Human Resources Manager at Hagley Museum and Library since September 2018. Prior to this role, Kyle managed HR functions at Rothman Institute, overseeing employee relations and compliance for over 1,400 employees across 30 locations in Pennsylvania and New Jersey from September 2016 to September 2018. Kyle's career in human resources began with Lowe's Companies, Inc., where responsibilities included recruiting, staffing, and training in a high-traffic retail environment from September 2009 to September 2016, along with earlier experience as a Human Resources Coordinator. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Temple University, earned between 2005 and 2008, following studies at Albright College from 2003 to 2005.
