Brie van der Waal

Brie van der Waal is an experienced professional in human resources and people management, currently serving as the People & Culture Business Partner at Haigh's Chocolates since August 2023. Prior to this role, Brie worked as a People Partner at SA Water for a brief period in 2023 and held the position of HR Business Partner at Accolade Wines from September 2021 to February 2023. Brie's extensive background includes various roles at Kimberly-Clark, where responsibilities ranged from ANZ Payroll Operations Leader to HR Advisor and Payroll Officer over a span of 14 years. Brie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of South Australia, as well as Certificates 2 & 3 in Business Administration and Management from Green Triangle Workplace Training.
