Calin Florescu

Calin Florescu has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles.

From 2022, they have been working as a Senior Cloud Engineer at Haiilo. In this role, they are responsible for developing a one-click policy approach for project creation and managing Terraform modules. Calin also designs helm charts for cluster components and works with GCP to provide required services for applications. Additionally, they manage and develops CI/CD pipelines using Gitlab Pipelines and creates a custom Crossplane Provider and Helm Chart library.

Prior to Haiilo, Calin worked at FanDuel as a DevOps Engineer from 2022 to 2022 and as a Full Stack Developer from 2020 to 2022. Calin also worked at iQuest Group as a Software Engineer in 2020 and at AROBS Transilvania Software as a Web Developer from 2019 to 2020. Calin started their career at NTT DATA Romania as an Embedded Software Tester in 2018.

Calin Florescu completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at the Technical University of Cluj Napoca from 2016 to 2020. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained multiple certifications, including Docker from TestDome in April 2022, CKA: Certified Kubernetes Administrator from The Linux Foundation in April 2022, and HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate (002) from HashiCorp in March 2023.
