Johanna Rauhala has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Johanna is currently the Chief of Staff at Haiilo, where they oversee strategic projects and initiatives and ensures efficient day-to-day operations. Johanna also leads the global People & Culture department. Prior to this role, Johanna was the Vice President of Global Operations at Haiilo, responsible for HR, talent acquisition, financial administration, IT, legal, and other support functions.
Before joining Haiilo, Johanna served as the Managing Director for North America and Global Operations Director at Smarp (now Haiilo). In this role, they established and managed the North American business, recruited and managed a local enterprise sales team, and maintained operational responsibilities for the entire group.
Johanna also held the position of Operations Director at Smarp, where they supported sales teams, managed operations, and handled contract negotiations and legal reviews. Johanna's experience as an Operations Manager at Smarp allowed their to develop skills in multitasking, problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management.
Prior to their time at Smarp, Johanna worked as an Operations Assistant, where they coordinated daily operations, handled administrative and financial tasks, and supported the executive team.
Johanna also served as an Advisor at Mobal, and earlier in their career, they worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Technopolis Plc.
Johanna Rauhala completed their high school education from the International Baccalaureate program in 2009-2012. Johanna then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Aalto University, graduating in 2012-2015. Following that, Johanna obtained a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Aalto University in 2015-2017. Currently, they are enrolled in the University of Helsinki, pursuing a Master of International and Comparative Law, which will be completed in 2021-2023. Additionally, in 2014, Johanna attended the University of Adelaide, though the specific degree obtained is not mentioned.
