Asha Dads

Asha Dads is a Structural Design Engineer and CAE Engineer currently working at Hailstone Innovations Pvt. Ltd. since March 2023. Previously, Asha served as a Structural Design Engineer trainee at Mazameer Design & Engineering Services, where responsibilities included modeling and analysis of curtain walls, doors, and brackets, as well as conducting glass deflection checks and preparing structural calculation reports. Asha also gained experience as a Planning Engineer at Capelin Projects, focusing on estimation, design, and work-labor schedule management. Asha holds a Master of Technology in Structural Engineering from Amal Jyothi College of Engineering and a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Mar Baselios Institute of Technology and Science.
