Ticiana Teixeira

Ticiana Teixeira is a Lead Customer Care at HAIR & SKIN since December 2023. Prior to this role, Ticiana worked as a Lifecycle Management Professional at Canon EMEA from January 2023 to December 2023. Ticiana also has experience as a Coordinator Customer Service at KLK Kolb from June 2019 to July 2021 and as a Kaufmännische Ausbildung at KLK Kolb from August 2015 to August 2018. Ticiana holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Betriebsökonomie General Management from ZHAW School of Management and Law, completed in 2023, and a vocational baccalaureate in Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft from KV Lenzburg-Reinach Business School Lenzburg in 2019. Additionally, Ticiana completed their Kauffrau EFZ at KV Business School Zürich in 2018.
