Kellie Hiatt

Kellie Hiatt is an accomplished talent development professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition across several organizations. Currently serving as Talent Lead at Hakkoda since February 2023, Kellie is responsible for architecting talent development strategies that support business growth and leads the Global Business Partner team. Previously, Kellie held leadership roles including Head of Talent at GoEnvoy.co and Director of Business Partnerships at Delta Faucet Company, where responsibilities encompassed implementing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategies, providing data-driven insights, and serving as a trusted advisor to leadership teams. Early career experience includes managerial positions focused on global recruiting and team leadership at Appirio, Apparatus Infrastructure Services, and technical recruiting at Anchor Point Technology Resources.
