Katarina Katajainen

Katarina Katajainen has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Katarina started their career as a Property Accountant at Veritas Pension Insurance Company in 2006 and worked there until 2008. Katarina then joined Lindström Oy as a Key Account Manager, responsible for large customers in southwest Finland and Satakunta. Katarina worked in this role from 2008 until 2015. In 2016, they joined Eurofins Scientific Finland Oy as a Sales Manager and Head of sales and account management, overseeing the sales and marketing operations of the company's food and environmental analytics business. Katarina was part of the management team and responsible for implementing the sales and marketing strategy. In 2017, they became the Sales and Marketing Director (CSO) at N-Clean Oy, where they led the sales department and worked towards achieving the company's revenue and profitability targets. Katarina reported to the CEO and was a member of the management team. Currently, they are the Commercial Director (CCO) at Hakonen Solutions Oy, where they are responsible for leading and overseeing commercial activities, developing customer experience, and cooperating with key-customers in the real estate sector.

Katarina Katajainen has a Master's degree in Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Åbo Akademi University. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Corporate Social Responsibility Training from Keskuskauppakamari (Finland Chamber of Commerce) in 2022.
