Lamya Alaoui

Lamya Alaoui has a decade of work experience. Lamya currently serves as the Chief People Officer and Director of People Operations at Hala Systems, Inc. since 2021. Prior to that, they were a Mentor for the Tech For Good Accelerator at Alley in 2020. In 2019, they were a Startup Mentor for the Alchemist Accelerator, a Talent Advisor for DSI Global, and the Chief Talent Officer and Co-founder of CREDAS. From 2017 to 2019, they were also a Mentor at the Plug and Play Tech Center and an Advisor at Astia. In 2016, they founded Coach Mya and from 2015 to 2014, they served as a Senior Program Manager Sales Operations at Bodhtree and as Partnerships & Philanthropy at EFBA Education Francaise Bay Area/French Education Bay Area.

Lamya Alaoui attended Yale University (Open Yale courses) from 2015 to 2016, studying Psychology. Lamya also attended Dale Carnegie Training from 2005 to 2006, studying Organizational Leadership. Her highest degree is a Bachelor of Science - BS in Economics from Université Hassan II Mohammedia. Additionally, they hold a certification as an NLP master-practitioner.
