Mike Schroffel has worked in a variety of roles since 2006. mike began as Chief Technician at Chalice Recording Studios in 2006, then moved to CineCert, LLC in 2011 as Member of the Technical Staff. In 2016, they became Creative Technologist at no gods. no masters., a role they held until 2017 when they moved to UNIT9 as Creative Technologist. In 2019, they became a Judge at The FWA, and in 2020 they returned to no gods. no masters. as a Hardware Engineer. mike also currently works as a Hardware Engineer at Hala Systems, Inc.

Mike Schroffel obtained a BFA in Sound Design from the California Institute of the Arts between 1997 and 2002. mike also obtained a Full-Stack Web Development with React Specialization from Coursera in December 2019.
