Manar Gelany has work experience in the fields of Finance, Credit Analysis, Customer Service, and Business Development. Manar worked as a Finance Specialist at Halan and as a Credit Officer and Customer Service Representative at Nasser Social Bank-Egypt. In their role as a Credit Officer, they examined financial transactions and credit history, assessed risk ratios, and presented approved or rejected loans. As a Customer Service Representative, they responded to customer inquiries, promoted bank products and services, and handled customer complaints. Manar also worked as a Business Development Intern at Pioneers, where they built partnerships with charities and community development organizations, developed a network of contacts, and researched new market opportunities.

Manar Gelany completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Sohag University from 2018 to 2022. Manar also obtained a certification in Digital Marketing Nanodegree Professional Track from Udacity in October 2021 and a TFE certification from the Egyptian Banking Institute in June 2023.
