Eric Bailly

Eric Bailly is currently an advisor at Halcyon Health, a position they have held since February 2020. Prior to this, they were a mentor for the Safe Campuses Initiative at SAFE Project from October 2020 to June 2022. Eric has also served as an adjunct professor of health care management at Concordia College and as a business solutions director at Elevance Health. Bailly's experience in the addiction and recovery field began when they became a volunteer consultant and Board of Directors member for ReGroupMN in October 2015. In this role, they provided resources and support to those affected by addiction. Eric later went on to serve as an advisor for the 2023 Rx and Illicit Drug Summit and as a member of the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers - NAATP - FoRSE.

Eric Bailly started their educational career by getting their BA in Psychology from Concordia College. After that, they got their MA in Counseling Psychology from the University of Colorado Denver. Currently, they are not pursuing any further education and is instead focusing on their career as a professional soccer player.
