Kunal Sehgal

Kunal Sehgal has a diverse work experience in HR roles. Kunal is currently working as a Principal HR Coordinator at Topsoe since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Deputy Manager - HR at Delhi Integrated Multi Modal Transit System Ltd. (DIMTS) from September 2021 to April 2022.

In their previous roles, Kunal served as an Assistant Manager - HR at GS E&C from April 2014 to February 2021. Their responsibilities included conducting induction programs for new recruits, generating monthly attendance reports, and administering the attendance and leave tools.

Before that, they worked as an HR Executive at Alstom T&D India Limited from September 2012 to April 2014, where they focused on induction, compensation, and benefits. Kunal also gained experience as an HR Executive at Focus Energy Ltd from March 2011 to September 2012.

Kunal's work experience also includes a two-month training stint at Escorts Limited in May and June 2010.

Kunal Sehgal received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from PCTE Group of Institutes in Ludhiana in 2008. Kunal then went on to complete their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from IILM University in Gurugram from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Capstone Business Simulation Program and Industrial Relation & Labour Law.
