Thomas Kann Povelsen has extensive work experience in the field of HR and executive search. Thomas Kann currently holds the position of Head of Global HR Business Partnering at Topsoe, where they lead a team of colleagues across multiple countries. Prior to this, Thomas worked as a Principal at Heidrick & Struggles and as an Associate Partner at Amrop, where they managed executive search processes and provided advisory services. Thomas Kann also has experience as a Research Consultant and Researcher, specializing in Industrial & Consumer/Retail industries. Thomas began their career as a Research Assistant and has held various roles within the field of executive search.

Thomas Kann Povelsen holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from Copenhagen Business School. Thomas Kann also attained a Bachelor's degree in French Language and Literature from the University of Copenhagen.
