Ema Yamamoto

Ema Yamamoto has a wide range of experience in the hospitality industry. Ema started their career in 1997 at The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka as a Server, Cashier, and Hostess. Ema then progressed through various roles at the same hotel, including Club Concierge, Business Travel Account Manager, and Group Sales Manager. In 2007, Ema joined Four Seasons Hotel Chinzan-so in Tokyo as a Sales Manager and later became a Senior Sales Manager. Ema continued their career at The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo as an Assistant Director of Sales before moving to Four Seasons Hotel Singapore as a Sales Manager. Ema then joined Four Seasons Hotel Kyoto as a Sales Manager and finally took on leadership positions as Associate Director of Sales and Director of Sales at Hotels & Resorts of Halekulani, starting in 2018.

Ema Yamamoto holds a Diploma in Hospitality Management from the Hosta Hotel Management School in Switzerland, which they obtained between 1999 and 2001. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language at Kansai Gaidai University in Japan from 1993 to 1997.
