Ritu Taneja

Ritu Taneja is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in innovation and product development, currently serving as the Sr Director, Innovation and Development Lead for Wider Asia at Haleon since July 2022. Previously, Ritu held several senior roles at GSK Consumer Healthcare, including Sr Director of Innovation and Development for Wider Asia, where responsibilities encompassed leading innovation strategies across multiple regions and fostering strong innovation pipelines. Ritu's career at GSK began in 2005, progressing from Deputy Manager in Product Development to R&D India Lead, demonstrating a strong track record in delivering successful product innovations in the nutrition and healthcare sectors. Earlier experience includes a regulatory role at Nestle India Ltd, complemented by a Master’s Degree in Food Science and Technology from CFTRI, University of Mysore.
