Frank Crumb

Frank Crumb has a diverse work experience in the public infrastructure and water management sectors. Frank began their career as the Water Director at the City of Fort Worth in March 1983 and held this position until September 2014. In September 2014, they transitioned to Halff Associates, where they worked in business development for public infrastructure.

Frank Crumb obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University, where they studied from 1972 to 1976. Frank further pursued their education at Texas A&M University, completing a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Civil Engineering between 1977 and 1979.
