Ricardo Villanueva

Ricardo Villanueva has extensive work experience in the field of recruiting and talent acquisition. Ricardo began their career at Shire in 2005, where they worked in operations management for over 12 years. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of a Human Resources Recruiter (Contract) at Pike Corporation and later at Syngenta. In 2019, they joined CRG as an IT Recruiting Manager before returning to Syngenta as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Ricardo then worked as a Recruiting Partner at SparkPost, a MessageBird company, from December 2021 to August 2022. Currently, they are serving as a Corporate Recruiter at Halff Associates starting in November 2022.

Ricardo Villanueva holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Additionally, they have an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Laredo Community College. In April 2021, they obtained a certification in Diversity Recruiting from LinkedIn.
