Rob Keates

Prior to joining Halfords, Rob held various leadership roles for 7 years at O2 (Telefonica UK), including being the Director of Transformation and also Director across all the 450 UK Stores (Retail), digital, supply chain and sales teams in the UK. Previously Rob worked for 14 years as a Director in management consulting at both Ernst & Young and Accenture. He has worked across a range of FTSE 100 organisations across various industries including retail financial services, telecommunications, utilities, health and technology. His focus was on customer experience, sales, service and implementing change.
