Steve Ivaska

Steve Ivaska is the President and Founder of Positive Impact Leadership, LLC, established in 2017, where leadership coaching and training are provided to individuals seeking growth and a meaningful legacy. Ivaska also serves as a Certified Halftime Institute Coach, working with high-capacity leaders to engage in their purpose through personal executive coaching. Prior to these roles, Ivaska held various leadership positions at Caterpillar Inc. from 1975 to 2010, including Vice President of Caterpillar Logistics Services, where responsibilities included overseeing global distribution and transforming logistics networks. Additionally, Ivaska contributed to academic growth as an Affiliate Instructor at Bradley University, developing marketing logistics courses. Ivaska’s educational background includes an M.B.A. from Bradley University and advanced executive training from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
