Tom McGehee

Tom McGehee has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Tom is currently serving as the Co-CEO at the Halftime Institute, where they help high-profile leaders find clarity and lead impactful lives. Prior to this, Tom founded WaveChanger, a company that supports RbC trainers and facilitators worldwide. Tom also worked as the CEO of The WildWorks Group for over 17 years. Before transitioning into the corporate world, Tom served as a Captain in the US Marine Corps. Tom held positions at Capgemini, Ernst & Young, and Electronic Data Systems, where they gained valuable experience in sales and leadership.

Tom McGehee attended Auburn University from 1974 to 1978, during which time they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.
