Zeshan Parvaiz

Zeshan Parvaiz is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in the technology, digital, finance, and energy sectors, currently serving as Director of the Non-Tech Division at Halian since November 2021 and having previously held the position of Associate Director - Commercial and Finance. Zeshan has played a critical role in the Halian Search division, specializing in permanent recruitment across the MENA region. Prior to Halian, Zeshan was the Head of Practice for Financial Services and Technologies at Mackenzie Jones Middle East and Managing Partner for Green Energy at Beresford Wilson and Partners LLC. Zeshan began a career in recruitment in 2004, working in various roles that contributed to a solid foundation in account management and business development. Zeshan holds a degree from Kingston University, completed between 2001 and 2004.
