Sai Mukesh Kumar Akkala has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Sai Mukesh Kumar began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Concentrix in March 2017, where they provided exceptional service to customers until May 2018. In 2018, they joined Genpact as a Collections professional and contributed to the company's financial operations until August 2019. Following this, Sai worked at Lavu Inc. as a Configuration & On-boarding specialist from January 2020 to November 2021. During this time, they played a crucial role in setting up and implementing the company's software. Currently, Sai is employed at Hallmark Global Technologies Ltd as an Account Manager since November 2021, responsible for managing client accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, Sai has also taken on the role of Full Stack Developer at the same company starting from July 2023.
