Jeffery S. Spalding

Jeffery Spalding has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Chief Commercial Counsel at Halliburton since 2010, where responsibilities include advising the Board of Directors on legal matters and overseeing commercial and customer-facing legal activities. Previously, Jeffery held various roles at Halliburton, including Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Litigation Counsel, leading significant practice groups. Other notable positions include Vice President of Global Compliance at Teva Pharmaceuticals, Senior Corporate Counsel at Target Corporation, Senior Counsel for the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee, and Assistant U.S. Attorney at the Department of Justice. Jeffery began a legal career as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Kent County and has a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School and a BA in History/Political Science from Alma College.
