Jarkko Rautaoja

Jarkko Rautaoja is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence, lean manufacturing, and change management. Currently serving as CEO and Senior Change Leader at Rautaoja Consulting Oy since 2017, Jarkko also holds positions as a Senior Consultant at dss+ and a Senior Manager at EFESO Nordics. Additionally, Jarkko contributes to the governance of SOK and Osuuskauppa Hämeenmaa as a member of various supervisory boards. Former roles include Director of Operational Excellence and Investments at Stora Enso, where Jarkko developed the “Smart Operating Model” for continuous improvement across multiple facilities. Jarkko's educational background includes multiple degrees in industrial engineering, management, and quality assurance, complemented by a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
