Pamela Wolfe

Chief People Officer at Crown Media Family Networks

Pamela Wolfe is chief people officer of Hallmark Media and is based in the company’s Studio City offices.

Reporting directly to President & CEO Wonya Lucas, Wolfe is charged with developing an inclusive culture where the wellness of the organization and its employees are a primary focus. As the senior HR executive, she spearheads Hallmark Media’s talent acquisition and retention policy, sponsor outreach, and mentorship programs.

Her oversight also includes active employee relations matters, as well as the development, implementation, and management of human resources, diversity & inclusion, and employment policies. Additionally, Wolfe serves as the liaison to the executive vice president & chief administrative officer at parent company, Hallmark Cards, to ensure consistency in HR policies and employee communications across the organizations.

Prior to joining the company, Wolfe acted as the principal and executive HR consultant at her own firm, PMW Consulting. Previously, she acted as executive vice president of human resources at Starz, where she was tasked with redefining and transforming the HR function as the company underwent a major merger, relocation, and restructuring. Additionally, Wolfe served an 11-year tenure as vice president and head of human resources at Creative Artists Agency, LLC. Over the course of her career, Wolfe has held other human resources positions at Team One Advertising/Saatchi & Saatchi North America, EMI-Capitol Music Group, and The Walt Disney Company.

Wolfe is on the board of directors for Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services and holds a degree in theater and fine arts from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts.
