Angela Ensminger has a diverse work experience. Angela started their career in 1996 as a Peace Corps volunteer in Morocco, where they focused on maternal and child health, disease control, and hygiene/sanitation. After completing their service in 1998, they joined USAID as a Maternal and Child Health Advisor, where they developed and implemented programs to lower maternal/child mortality rates in Morocco. In 1999, Angela worked as a Freelance Travel Writer for Fodor's Travel, authoring chapters and conducting research on hotels, restaurants, and local attractions in Morocco. Since 2000, Angela has been working for Hallmark Cards, where they began in creative roles with increasing responsibilities and currently holds the position of Senior Creative Product Development Director.
Angela Ensminger obtained their Bachelor's degree in Biology, Anthropology, and Sociology from Westminster College (MO) in 1996. In 2019, they completed the Emerging Leaders Program at Central Exchange, focusing on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
