Ann Boldt

Ann Boldt has a range of work experience in the corporate and organizational development field. Ann is currently employed at Hallmark Cards as the Vice President of Corporate Affairs since June 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of People & Enterprise Development from January 2022 to June 2023 at the same company. Before joining Hallmark Cards, they worked at Cerner Corporation as an Associate Learning and Development professional from January 2016 to February 2020. Ann also served as the Director of Organizational Development at Assurant from July 2013 to December 2015. Ann began their career at Assurant Employee Benefits as a Senior HR & D Consultant from an unspecified start date until July 2013.

Ann Boldt (she/her) earned a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communication from the University of Central Missouri, where they attended from 1995 to 1997. Ann later pursued a Master's degree in Government/Business Relations at Park University, attending from 1999 to 2001. In addition to their formal education, Ann has obtained certifications in "Fighting Gender Bias at Work" from LinkedIn and "Accelerating Change Readiness and Agility" from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business via an executive education program with ExecOnline, Inc.
