Stacey Howe has a diverse range of work experience in various leadership roles. Stacey began their career at Hallmark Cards in 1997, starting in finance positions before moving up to become a Finance Director focusing on terms analysis and negotiations. From there, they transitioned to a role as a Finance Manager in Commercialization, overseeing financial aspects of product development. Stacey then became a National Account Manager for Kroger, managing the company's greeting card contracts. Stacey continued to climb the corporate ladder and served as Vice President of Customer Development and Licensing Finance, responsible for overseeing the P&L and budget for customer teams and the licensing team, managing a team of over 20 finance professionals. Stacey then became Vice President and General Manager of Customer Development for the National Accounts Team, leading sales and account management for a portfolio of 60 customers. Stacey subsequently served as Vice President of Supply Chain, where they oversaw visual merchandising, production, and execution for retail locations, as well as leading an enterprise-wide program implementation. Stacey's most recent role at Hallmark Cards is Vice President of Global Licensing and Business Development, where they are responsible for acquisition, brand licensing, and business development on a global scale. In this role, they focus on acquiring and maintaining content, monetizing brand equity, overseeing innovation, and growing the brand's presence in international markets through licensing. Stacey has joined Chief as a member starting in 2022.

Stacey Howe completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance at Missouri State University from 1993 to 1997. Stacey then pursued their MBA in Finance at the University of Kansas - Graduate School of Business, graduating in 2003.
