Isaac Ullatil

Co-Founder & Director at Hallmark Health Care Solutions

Isaac Ullatil is the cofounder, president, and CEO of Hallmark Health Care Solutions (HHCS). He leads the organization in assisting hospitals, medical groups, and healthcare systems with effective workforce planning, provider compensation management, development of analytics solutions, and improvement of operating margins. He also leads strategic alliances for HHCS. Under his leadership, Hallmark has collectively saved its clients hundreds of millions of dollars in labor and operational costs.

Throughout his career, Isaac has focused on developing high-end technology solutions (both patent-filed and patent-pending) complemented by finely tuned business process reengineering, merging strategy with technology to help hospitals and healthcare groups across the U.S. and internationally. He honed these abilities in consulting roles at ECG Management Consultants and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), as well as in founding multiple healthcare- and IT-oriented businesses. These include Core3 Technologies, which he built from scratch into a multi-million-dollar business within a few years and was acquired by 3i Infotech, a publicly-traded firm; Team Health Care/Bion Healthcare, which he led in raising $12M from hedge funds and private equity while expanding into multiple international markets in North America, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.

Isaac holds a Master of Business Administration from Newport University and a Master Certificate in Business Management from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering (production) from the University of Pune in India as well as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification in health care. He has been published in media outlets, including Forbes, and speaks regularly at national and international conferences.
