Maryam Qureshi's work experience includes the following roles:

- Cloud Engineer at Hallmark Health Care Solutions since April 2023 (ongoing)

- Cloud Engineer at T-Mobile from April 2020 to February 2023. In this role, Maryam was responsible for maintaining cloud network architecture using Azure native services, reducing technology infrastructure spending by 10% through migration to the cloud, assisting leadership in developing policies and procedures, educating customers on managed services on Azure, and identifying and resolving performance and connectivity issues. Maryam also performed onboarding procedures, implemented security services, and automated customer environments.

- Service Analyst II at Citi from January 2018 to December 2019. In this role, Maryam managed multiple change projects, coordinated with IT infrastructure and data centers, provisioned access and resolved login issues, and ensured consistent and repeatable IT processes and change management procedures.

Maryam Qureshi obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Collin College, where they studied from 2017 to 2020. In addition, they obtained a certification in the Microsoft Professional Program in Cloud Admin from Microsoft in November 2022.
