Rajiv Bajaj is seasoned technology executive with over 20 plus years of experience in software industry. He has been in Healthcare industry for more than a decade. With his deep understanding of healthcare industry along with expertise in emerging technologies he has helped many healthcare companies to create and successfully launch many acclaimed products for them. He has great experience in delivering state of the art Clinical, RCM, Workforce applications and Mobile Apps.

At Hallmark Rajiv is leading new products offering and modernization of existing products.

Previously Rajiv held position of VP Software Engineering at Med-Metrix where he played key role in organization’s overhaul by process re-engineering, team development and automating various aspect of business needs. He also successfully delivered Contract Management application for busines growth.

Prior to Med-Metrix Rajiv was with Envision Healthcare as Director Software Development and lead many critical initiatives like mobility center of excellence (McoE) and delivered applications for organization including an EHR for emergency room, Clinical communication mobile app & Demand Capacity Management for staffing to mention few. Rajiv is graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in information science from the Kurukshetra University, India. He holds many IT certifications to his credit.
