Alicia Leal

Alicia Leal currently serves as the Lifecycle Marketing Lead at Hallow, a position held since November 2025. Prior to this role, Alicia worked as the Managing Bilingual Editor/Writer at the Home School Legal Defense Association from August 2022 to November 2025, where a team of editors was led to enhance Spanish content and achieve a 144% increase in newsletter subscriptions. Alicia has also gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk at Santamarina + Steta and Hogan Lovells México, focusing on legal document translation and contract drafting for substantial projects. Alicia holds a Bachelor's degree in Law and Philosophy from Universidad de Monterrey and has pursued additional studies at Universidad Panamericana and the Elm Institute.
