Raluca Ene

Raluca Ene has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources. In 2022, they began working as a Human Resources Manager for Halo Labs. From 2019 to 2022, they worked as a Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Advisor for DeFord Contracting Inc. During this time, they identified legal requirements, followed legislation, and designed and directed an organization development process. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Human Resources Service Partner for Catholic Social Services of Alberta, where they provided timely and effective human resources programs and services. From 2017 to 2017, they worked as a Regional Human Resources Advisor for Federated Co-operatives Limited, overseeing 25 unionized and non-unionized Co-op Retails. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Human Resources (Fixed-Term Contract) for Marriott Hotels. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as a Human Resources for Kastom Media Inc., managing a team and improving performance management. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Human Resources - Critical Care for Misericordia Community Hospital, interviewing patients and organizing training for new staff. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Regional Leasing Agent for Weidner Apartment Homes, responding to prospects and updating availability reports. Finally, from 2010 to 2010, they worked as a Customer Service Sales Representative for Ricki's, responsible for keeping records of promotions and sales.

Raluca Ene attended MacEwan University where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management. Raluca then attended the University of Alberta in the Faculty of Fine Arts, studying Public Relations and Communications.
