Lauren Smith has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. In 2015, they gained HR Assistant work experience at Silent Gliss Ltd., where they assisted the HR Manager with analyzing absence metrics and creating a Bradford Factor policy and procedure. Lauren also reviewed staff appraisals and presented themes in a report for management. In 2016, they worked as an HR Assistant at Dragon Investors, where they handled onboarding processes, scheduled interviews, prepared contracts, and created personnel records. Lauren also ran reports on Sage and calculated totals paid for benefit-in-kind. Currently, Lauren holds the position of Business and Culture Transformation Lead as a KTP Associate at HALO X-ray Technologies Ltd, starting in 2022.

Lauren Smith completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at Canterbury Christ Church University from 2012 to 2015. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Occupational Psychology at the University of Nottingham from 2020 to 2022.
