David Tolly

David Tolly is the current CFO at HALO Maritime Defense Systems. Prior to their current position, Tolly served as the managing director at Focus Management Group from October 2008 to February 2012. Focus Management Group is a company that provides turn-key support to underperforming companies and their stakeholders, including secured lenders and equity sponsors. Tolly also served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Focus Management Group from October 2008 to February 2012.

From May 2005 to August 2008, Tolly was the Vice President of the Fabricated Products Group at PMC Group, Inc. Prior to their time at PMC Group, Inc., Tolly served as the CEO of Corporate Solutions Group, Inc. from January 2005 to December 2007. Tolly has also served as the CEO of Avon Old Farms Inn, Inc. from January 2005 to December 2007.

David Tolly received a Bachelor of Science from Purdue University's Krannert School of Management and an MBA from Governors State University.
