Andrea Bustamante Vivas

Andrea Bustamante Vivas is an experienced talent and people management professional currently serving as the Head of Talent at 1X Technologies since May 2025. Previously, Andrea held the position of People Director at Let's Do This from July 2023 to February 2025, overseeing the People and Talent function. Additionally, Andrea has contributed as a Board Member for the Latin American Women's Rights Service, advising the charity Director and ensuring the execution of the organization's mission. Prior roles include Director of People & Talent Experience and Head of People & Talent Experience at Arrival, where responsibilities included leading global organizational restructures and enhancing employee professional experiences. Andrea also has a strong foundational background as a Senior People Partner for over 300 employees across 12 countries.
