Adrian Michalak-Paulsen has been involved in various design roles, from working as a service designer at Halogen and Design i offentlig sektor to owning their own design company, Adrian Paulsen Design. Adrian has also been active in the skateboarding community as the Head of Downhill Skateboarding competition at Ekstremsportveko. With a background in industrial and strategic design, Adrian has taught service design at Arkitektur og Designhøgskolen i Oslo and has been involved in various consulting and workshop facilitation projects. Adrian's expertise in design and dedication to teaching and facilitating workshops showcases their passion for the field.
