Celine Derunes

Celine Derunes has extensive work experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. Starting in 2005, they worked at Halozyme, Inc. in various roles, including Senior Director of Operations Strategy, Director of Product Development, Associate Director of Product Development, Senior Scientist in Analytical Science, and Research Scientist. Their responsibilities involved overseeing operational strategies, collaborating with internal and external partners, and providing scientific expertise and leadership. Prior to joining Halozyme, Inc., Celine worked as a Post-doctoral Fellow at The Burnham Institute for Medical Research from 2002 to 2005.

Celine Derunes completed their doctoral studies in Organic Chemistry at the Université de Bordeaux from 1992 to 2001, earning a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree.
