Patrycja Sannachan

Patrycja Sannachan, CHRL, Certified Change Agent, has extensive experience in human resources, specifically in employee relations and total rewards. Currently serving as a Total Rewards Specialist and previously as an Employee Relations Specialist at Halton Region since June 2017, Patrycja excels in building strong relationships with clients and union representatives. Prior roles include serving as an Employee/Labour Relations Advisor at Mount Sinai Hospital from March 2010 to June 2017, where guidance was provided to management on collective agreements. Patrycja's career began as an HR Administrator at the Toronto Rehabilitation Institute from August 2006 to March 2010, managing HR programs in a multi-union hospital environment. Patrycja holds a Master's Degree in Industrial Relations & Human Resources from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from York University.
