Abutalib Bhutto

Abutalib Bhutto is an experienced Human Resources professional with a successful career spanning over two decades in various leadership roles. Currently, as the Group Director Human Resources at Hamdard Pakistan since March 2019, Abutalib leads HR strategies across multiple business divisions, enhances employee engagement, and has notably implemented SAP HANA for HR processes. Prior to this, Abutalib held key positions at Things By People as Head of Projects, and as Group General Manager HR at SAMAA TV, where responsibilities included managing HR services for multiple companies. With foundational experience at Geo TV Network in various HR capacities, Abutalib has cultivated expertise in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. Abutalib holds an MBA in Human Resource from Iqra University and a Bachelor's of Commerce from the University of Sindh.
