Yusra Tariq is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development. Currently serving as Deputy Manager of Human Resources at Hamdard Pakistan since June 2021, Yusra has previously held positions including Assistant Manager at the same company and Human Resource Executive at Monsalwa Careers, where responsibilities included managing social media career pages and performance management. Prior experience also includes roles at Epla Laboratories (Pvt) Limited, where Yusra focused on talent acquisition and employee relations, and at 24Hours.pk in both HR and content writing capacities.
